The Scrambler 400 is a four wheel drive ATV first manufactured by Polaris in the late 1990s. The little brother of the more powerful Scrambler 500, the Polaris Scrambler 400 is able to reach a speed approaching 70 mph. It was originally released for an MSRP of $4,949.
