Most Nissan automobiles are equipped with CD players, which are connected to the system radio on each car. One common problem with the Nissan CD player can occur when your disc gets stuck in the player, and you may need to troubleshoot the system. You can do this by forcing the disc out to get the player working again right away.
Step 1
Enter your Nissan and insert your key in the ignition. Turn the key to the "Acc" position to activate your CD player.
Step 2
Press and hold the Eject button for up to two or three minutes to attempt to force the disc out. You can also do this while powering the disc on and off with the "Power" button.
Step 3
Press the "Reset" button on the face of the player to attempt to force the disc out as the system resets. This button is a small black indentation on the lower right of the face and must be pushed with a pen or a paperclip.
Insert a blank disc into the player slot and attempt to push the stuck CD upwards into the ejecting slot. Do this while pressing the Eject button to force the disc out.
